The Briggs & Stratton Quantum also known as 45,50,55,60,625,650,675.725 vertical crankshaft side valve engines (L- head type). This type of engine is normally fitted to walk behind equipment.
These engines have a paper air cleaner, a plastic tank and a metal float type carburettor.
They have various cold start systems, primer, readystart or manual cable choke.

The model-type-code can be found stamped into the top engine cover above the spark plug or on a plate just above the muffler.
